Technical Compliance Manager

Manage the organisation's technical compliance framework across all licensed jurisdictions, ensuring continued compliance with regulatory and technical requirements. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of gaming licences from a technical compliance perspective, coordinate regulatory submissions, certifications and testing, manage relationships with regulators, testing laboratories and suppliers, and support the wider Compliance function in delivering a comprehensive 360° gaming compliance programme.

• Manage technical compliance requirements across regulated markets.
• Coordinate platform, game and system certifications.
• Manage relationships with approved testing laboratories.
• Support regulatory audits and technical inspections.
• Review system and product changes from a compliance perspective.
• Support new market launches and regulatory approvals.
• Conduct supplier and third‑party technical assessments.
• Lead technical compliance projects and certification initiatives.
• Maintain technical compliance documentation and records.
• Act as liaison with regulators, laboratories and internal stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with regulated markets and technical compliance requirements.
• Experience with technical certifications and testing processes.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and market launches.
• Experience with Automation & AI, and Atlassian
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is considered an asset.

• Experience working with testing laboratories including GLI, eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs,
