SAP AMS Manager | Work at LeverX

We are looking for an SAP AMS Manager to join us.

• Lead SAP AMS operations for one or multiple customers.

• Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes while meeting agreed SLAs.

• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous service improvements.

• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure service stability.

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS).

• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP solutions such as Ariba and SuccessFactors.

• Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces with external systems.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.

• English B2+.

• Experience managing AMS services for multiple customers or large enterprise environments.

• ITIL knowledge or relevant service management certifications.

• Experience working in international and distributed teams.
